The abnormal conditions that are prone to occur during the operation of the high-efficiency soft capsule machine are as follows:
1. The capsule shell cannot be separated:
1. Because of the capsule shell itself, the capsule shell needs to be replaced.
2. The vacuum is too small, it can be seen from the vacuum gauge. There are many reasons for the vacuum being too small. For the vacuum pump itself, ask a mechanic to repair it, or replace the vacuum pump. The trachea separated from the vacuum pump connecting the bladder shell is broken. Replace the trachea. The filter membrane of the vacuum pump is blocked, and the filter membrane is cleaned. There are also reasons such as the water flow is too small, replace the larger water flow pipe. Specific issues need specific analysis. I only listed a few simple points here.
3. The gap between the module and the capsule separator is too large. Either adjust the height of the capsule separator, or the module or the telescopic rod in the module is faulty. Analysis is needed to find a solution. Here, too fine powder or too sticky powder is more likely to cause problems.
4. The module is not right. Use the debug lever to adjust the module until it is automatically seated.
5. The powder is too sticky to block the module, and the module should be cleaned.
Second, the head and tail of the capsule are recessed, and sometimes the capsule itself has a problem. I have encountered a lot of this before, and it was solved by replacing the capsule. Then check the thimble to see if the height of the thimble needs to be adjusted. Sometimes increasing the force-bearing area of the capsule can also be solved. To increase the force-bearing area of the capsule shell is to customize a thicker thimble. This is what people from the capsule manufacturer said, we had not done it at the time.
3. Capsule cleavage, this is very headache, and it is often encountered. Need to be treated carefully. This phenomenon is generally due to the following reasons:
1. Because of the capsule itself, the cap and body are too different. The bladder shell needs to be replaced.
2. Too much powder remains on the module. The module needs to be cleaned.
3. When installing the module, the upper and lower molds are not aligned, re-align the module. Until the debugging rod can automatically fall into place.
4. In fact, it is also related to the particle size of the powder. In the process of talking with others, others also said that there is this reason. I have not confirmed the details. If this is true, this item should be added when verifying whether the particle size can cause the phenomenon of cleavage. If it is confirmed that this phenomenon does occur, then consider whether the screen should be replaced during the whole grain.
5. Whether the thimble is too high at the cap lock of the capsule shell.
6. To solve the phenomenon of inserting and splitting, there is a way to try, shorten the distance between the upper mold and the top plate, of course, the distance is too short. The principle is: before the hacking occurs, it is said to be locked. This method is indeed feasible, this is the more method I use. Once before, I found that there was no way to fix it. I almost replaced the entire batch of capsule shells that came into the factory. Later, I used this method to solve the problem of inserting and splitting.
Fourth, there is no fixed method for the difference in the amount of loading. Readjust the filling rod. This reason is basically directly related to the powder. If it is related to powder, for equipment consideration, please directly refuse filling and request rework at the granulating post.
5. The distance between the scraper and the dose plate should be 0.5 mm, as long as it does not touch the dose plate. The increase or decrease of the distance can directly affect the loading capacity. Sometimes the loading is too low, you can try to increase the distance. If the filling rod is not pressurized at a short distance, and the filling volume is too high, please directly request the rework of the pelletizing post.
6. The bearing blockage at the finished product exit, the lock, and the waste sac is basically caused after the powder enters. Please clean the bearing in time and apply a proper amount of oil. Adding butter to these places is better than oil. After cleaning, make sure that the bearing is dry, otherwise, it will be blocked again immediately. Each time the site is cleared, the bearings should be removed for cleaning and oiling.
